    I had the opportunity to taste the cake you created for Joby yesterday. First of all, we were all wow'ed by how beautiful the cake was. And then the taste...absolutely the best chocolate cake I've ever tasted, and I've tasted many. It was not too sweet nor overpoweringly chocolatey--it had the perfect balance of both. I am now a total fan of JessiCakes Project and will buy ALL of my baked cakes and goodies from JCP!
