This Minnie Mouse is like no other. She's svelte, long-legged, and very modern. She's a fashionista, too! She stands eight (8) inches tall
and is made of
fondant mixed with some gum paste. The cake is 11"x15" 2-layer white
almond sour cream cake with fresh strawberry filling and fluffy vanilla
filling. The squirrel and flowers are also
made of fondant/gum paste. It sort of tells a story where Minnie Mouse while walking along
the green brick road met a squirrel along the way.
We created this theme so that we do not plagiarize the original Minnie Mouse, who is short and a little plump. Our version has kept up with the trends, even the shoes are more modern with heels. Thirty cake pops in cookies and cream flavor were also ordered as party favors. We created a display container to match the color and design scheme. The kids loved them!
