Hello Kitty Fondant Cake

We named this cake "Flower Bed". A sweet 16 birthday cake for a special girl who loves Hello Kitty so much. The bottom tier is a 9-inch round red velvet cake with cream cheese filling, the upper tier is a 6-inch round strawberry made with fresh strawberry and cream cheese filling. The banana cupcakes have cream cheese filling all covered in marshmallow fondant. Cake pops are all red velvet with white choco melt.

2 layers of cake, the bottom part is 9-inch red velvet and the top part is 6-inch yellow cake, covered in pink rolled marshmallow fondant. 

Transformers' Fondant Cake- Optimus Prime

This 3D cake depicts an embattled Optimus Prime, the leader of the autobots, rising out of the rubble. The figure and big boulders were made of rice krispy treats covered in chocolate candy melts and then topped with marshmallow fondant. Everything is edible except for the lights and antenna. Underneath it all are two layers of choclate cake with choco mousse filling. Added mini LED lights to make Optimus Prime come to life. :)
